Etiquette for our Day Spa
Day Spa arrival. To enjoy a relaxed start to your visit, arrive 15 minutes early. This allows you to start to unwind, sip a calming beverage and receive your treatment unhurried.
Creating the right treatment. On each visit we ask you to answer a few questions about your health and wellbeing. On your first visit, this will be added to by a consultation. We do this to ensure our treatments are right for you and will not be adverse to your current health conditions.
Your experience begins. The degree you disrobe depends on your comfort and on the chosen treatment. We wrap you in a luxurious bathrobe and provide disposable underwear, footwear, towels, showers, toiletries and lockers. We do request you wear bathers in the hydrotherapy spa treatments.
Bring your Gift Card. Make sure you bring it to your appointment. This precious card is just like cash and in order for you to redeem your services, we need to sight and reference it.
Make the most of ‘me time’. We welcome guests 16 years and over to our Day Spa. An adult must accompany guests under 18 years. Make sure you arrange child care for your appointment so you can relax and focus on you.
Leave the world behind. To encourage total relaxation make sure you turn off your mobile phone and tablet devices.
Plan your ‘me time’ in advance. To ensure you secure your preferred time, we recommend you make an appointment well in advance ñ for group bookings several weeks in advance. For Day Spa treatments two hours and longer, all Saturday appointments and groups, a 25% reservation fee is applicable.
Can’t make your appointment? We understand that things come up, try and give us as much notice as possible. If you have paid a reservation fee, you will receive a full refund if you give us 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
